The Role
n
You'll be working closely with the site team, trades and project leadership to keep safety practical, visible and moving day to day.
n
n
Maintain day to day WHS standards across a live high rise construction site
n
Conduct site walks, inspections, audits and safety observations
n
Work with supervisors, trades and subcontractors to address risks early
n
Support toolbox talks, inductions and site safety communication
n
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
n
Keep safety documentation accurate, current and practical to the site team
n
n
The Criteria
n
n
WHS experience within commercial construction, ideally on multi level or high rise projects
n
Solid understanding of construction site safety, trades, sequencing and subcontractor management
n
Confident communicating with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
n
n
