About the Role
n
Your primary responsibility will be operating skid steer loaders to maintain and clean designated plant areas, while supporting general site operations and equipment upkeep.
n
This role will commence on a part-time flexible basis during training and onboarding, with strong potential to transition into full-time hours for the right candidate.
n
Key Duties Include:
n
n
Protected operation of skid steer loaders / bobcats
n
Cleaning and maintaining plant work areas
n
General labouring and site support duties
n
Basic equipment maintenance and daily checks
n
Following all site safety procedures and policies
n
Working independently and within a team environment
n
Assisting contractors and other onsite personnel as required
n
n
Essential Requirements:
n
n
Current VOC / Bobcat / Skid Steer competency ticket
n
Current HR Truck Licence (Crash box experience advantageous)
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Minimum 1–2 years skid steer operating experience
n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Physically fit and capable of manual duties
n
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
n
Australian working rights
n
Ability to pass police check and drug & alcohol screening
n
