About the Role:
n
ECCO DFO Homebush is looking for highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leader with a passion to succeed. Whilst dedicated to providing a personal level of customer service, you will help your team achieve outstanding results through leadership and coaching, driving productivity, executing brand campaigns and selling shoes that practically sell themselves!

Tasks & Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead and coach the store team members to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our quality brand, and achieve store objectives
n
Provide input with staff scheduling and assist in recruitment activities
n
Ensure Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards are upheld
n
Oversee customer returns and inventory management
n
Train the team on product, VM and sales techniques
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
To be successful in this role you will:
n
n
Have previous retail management experience as a store manager or assistant store manager
n
have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
n




Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
n
Be a collaborator and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
n
Be motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed with a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work setting
n
Possess persuasive communication skills and an agile leadership style
n
Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team
n
