Director of Teaching & Learning

Ensure a seamless progression of curriculum & pedagogy from ELC to Year 6
n
Oversee the implementation of programs for students' continuous learning improvement
n
Plan and implement processes to foster innovation and excellence in teaching & learning
n
Commencing as soon as possible (start date negotiable)

Requirements
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
n
An additional Master of Education preferred but not essential
n
Proven experience with the Australian Curriculum across Foundation to Year 6
n
Demonstrated leadership experience as Head of Department, Curriculum Coordinator or similar
n
Experience in both explicit and inquiry-based learning approaches
n
Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
n
Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant visa
n
