Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims end-to-end

Liaising with insurers, clients, and brokers throughout the claims lifecycle

Providing high-level claims support and advocacy for clients

Assisting with claim strategy, negotiations, and outcomes
n
Maintaining accurate records and delivering timely communication
