We currently have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Person with a focus on Retail/Counter Sales, to join our Toowoomba branch. This position would ideally suit someone with a passion for customer service combined with previous experience in Retail and/or Industrial sales. With full on the job training provided for the right candidate this is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Sales.

As a key member of our team, you'll:
n
Will be dealing with both the public and account customers through counter sales and phone enquiries.
n
Prepare quotes and conduct after-sale follow-ups
n




Be working closely withall departments of Southern Steel whilst maintaining robust customer relations withexternal clients.
n
Applicants will ideally possess the following skills and abilities;
n
Previous customer service/sales experience in Retail and/or Industrial sales
n
Previous Steel Industry Knowledge ( advantageous )
n
High level of attention to detail
n
The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
n
Strong work ethic and high level of commitment to customer service
n
Excellent communications skills
