ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in a Full-Time role in Tuncurry NSW

n

This role will support our frontline team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the school, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met. As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.

The Position:

n
Responsible for leading a team of 10+
n
Assisting management and support the cleaning team
n
Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
n
Review stock levels and complete the orders
n
Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
n
Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
n
Access to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcare
n
Traineeship opportunities for eligible employees

Internal prospects within our global organisation
n
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
n
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children Check
n
Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
n
Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
n
Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
n
Qualified presentation and customer service
n
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
