Job Description

Our Client is seeking a solid Clinical Care Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a residential aged care setting. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead the clinical team and take ownership of care planning, medication management, infection control, risk management and compliance.

This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being visible on the floor while also driving systems, standards and continuous improvement.
