Asset Management Project

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of transformation across a major asset management program, ensuring successful adoption of current systems, processes, and data governance practices.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned to the Asset Management Project
n
Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect business processes, roles, and systems
n
Lead stakeholder engagement and build robust relationships across Finance, IT, and leadership teams
n
Design and deliver communication plans to support awareness, understanding, and adoption
n




Partner with training teams to develop and implement end-user training strategies and materials
n

n

You will have:

n

n
8+ years' experience as Change Manager
n
Robust understanding of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
n
Experience working within Asset Management Projects would be advantageous
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
n
Experience delivering training and communications in complex environments
n
