About the roles

OurLeading Handswill be hands-on while keeping a crew organised and the job moving, working closely with the site foremen day-to-day.

What we're looking for:

n

n
Trade qualified — carpentry background preferred for Leading Hand roles
n
5+ years onsite residential experience
n




Minimum 2 years in a leading hand, foreman or supervisory role
n
Experience in high-end single residential and/or Class 2 multi-residential
n
Valuable eye for architectural detail and finishes
n
Confident managing subbies, schedules and client-facing situations
n
Full working rights in Australia
