About the Role

As our Optical Assistant, you'll play an significant part in creating a welcoming, high-quality patient experience. You'll be the friendly face of our practice—helping patients choose frames they love and keeping daily operations running seamlessly in a deeply rewarding environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting patients with a warm smile in person and over the phone.

Styling patients with frames, sunglasses, and optical accessories that make them feel confident.

Handling appointment bookings and general practice admin with ease.

Keeping the practice looking fresh, polished, and inviting.

A background in retail, customer service, or hospitality.

A naturally upbeat, engaging personality with great communication skills.
