What You'll Do
n
n
Perform laser hair removal treatments using our Cynosure Elite+ system while gradually building your skin client base through results-driven consultations.
n
Conduct thorough skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans as your skin clientele grows.
n
Deliver advanced clinical treatments (training provided where needed), including:n
n
HydraFacial
n
Dermapen 4 Needling
n




Healite LED
n
Epidermal Levelling
n
Skin Peels (Lira Clinical, etc.)
n
RF Needling
n
BBL (Broadband Light Therapy)
n
n
Recommend homecare and treatment pathways that support long-term results.
n
Drive success through confident consultations, rebookings and retail recommendations—achieving KPIs through education and genuine service.
n

About You
n
n
Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist or Dermal Clinician with a passion for skin health and results.
n
Confident in conducting in-depth consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans & homecare.
n
Comfortable guiding clients to the best solution - not just what's easy to sell.
n
KPI-driven and proud to track rebookings, upgrades and retail results.
n
Experienced in skin and/or laser treatments
n
A team player who values education, growth and exceptional client experiences.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
For Skin & Laser Therapists: Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
n
For Dermal Therapists: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science (or currently studying).
n

The Details

Location: Mount Eliza.
n
Employment: Full time (4 days) or part-time
n
Pay: $34-$37/hr base + weekly commissions & daily incentives (earn $39-$42/hr OTE). Additional hours available if you'd like to boost your income.
