We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Clinical Trials and Research Lead - Pharmacy
to provide end-to-end leadership of pharmacy clinical trials and research services across the Ramsay Research and Development Network (RRDN).
This is a unique prospect to shape a national operating model, build capability and drive consistent, high-quality pharmacy services that support the growth of Ramsay's clinical trials portfolio.
About the role
As the Clinical Trials and Research Lead - Pharmacy, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of pharmacy involvement in clinical trials across the network.
Working in partnership with the
Responsible Person for Medication Safety & Quality
and site pharmacy teams, you will:
About you
You will be a strategic, collaborative and commercially minded pharmacy leader who understands the complexities of clinical trials and can translate strategy into practical, scalable services.
You will ideally bring:
Relevant pharmacy qualifications and registration.
Significant experience in pharmacy, clinical trials, research or a related healthcare environment.




Strong understanding of clinical trial pharmacy requirements, governance and compliance.
Experience developing or implementing operating models, standards or service frameworks across multiple sites.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across a complex organisation.
Strong leadership and change management capability.
Commercial acumen, including an understanding of cost recovery and service performance.
A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clinical, operational and research stakeholders.
