Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

n

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ESD Engineering Australia's railway products and engineering solutions.

n

Conducting market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities and emerging business prospects within Australia's rail and engineering sectors.

n

Analysing customer behaviour, sales performance and market intelligence to improve marketing effectiveness and business development outcomes.

n

Planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across the company website, LinkedIn, Google platforms, email marketing and other online channels.

n

Managing the company's brand identity and ensuring consistent marketing communications across all promotional materials.

n

Preparing product brochures, technical marketing materials, presentations and promotional content for customers, distributors and industry exhibitions.

n

Coordinating participation in industry exhibitions, engineering conferences, trade shows and customer networking events.

n

Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to develop product positioning,



pricing strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.

n

Monitoring campaign performance using marketing analytics and preparing reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

n

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors and industry stakeholders to enhance market penetration.

n

Assisting management in identifying current markets, developing business expansion strategies and supporting long-term commercial growth.

n

Applicants should possess:

n

At least two years of relevant professional experience in a closely related marketing role.

n

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, industrial products or engineering-related industries.

n

Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis and strategic marketing planning.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

Robust analytical, organisational and project management abilities.

n

Experience using Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.

n

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a professional team.
