About the Role:

Employed by NECA Education and Careers and hosted by a company specialising in the design, supply, and maintenance of fire protection, mechanical, and electrical services, you'll be part of a supportive team making an impact in the building and construction sector.
n
Working hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Keep accurate records and track how jobs are progressing
n
Organise and take notes during meetings when needed
n
File, scan, and upload documents to internal systems
n
Follow up overdue documentation
n
Communicate professionally with team members and outside contacts by phone and email.
n
Help project managers with admin tasks as required
n
n
About You:
n
n
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle. The role is primarily based in Tullamarine; however, occasional travel to the South Melbourne Head Office may be required.
n
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, gained through work, study, or other relevant experience.
n
Friendly, approachable, and adaptable, with a robust work ethic and professional attitude.
n
A cooperative team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
n
Previous customer service experience is highly regarded.
n
Willingness to complete all pre-employment requirements, including a Pre-Employment Medical, Police Check, White Card, and Airport Security Check
