We're looking for a proactive and hands‐on Maintenance Fitter to support operations at our Oxley site. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast‐paced setting. You'll be responsible for maintaining equipment to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems

Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
n
Support improvement projects and equipment upgrades
n
Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with CHEP standards
n
Maintain workshop safety and uphold 5S standards
n
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and equipment reliability
n
Participate in site meetings and collaborate with operations teams
n

About You
n

Trade qualified in mechanical disciplines
n
Restricted Electrical License (preferred but not essential)
n
Experience in industrial or production maintenance
n
Strong problem‐solving and diagnostic skills
n
Adaptable and solutions‐focused approach
