Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global manufacturer, to recruit a Manufacturing Assembly Worker for their Chipping Norton manufacturing facility.

Role Title: Manufacturing Assembly Worker

n

Contract Length: Initial 3 or 6-month contract, with a solid likelihood of extension

n

Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney NSW

n

Shift : Monday to Friday

n

Pay: $33.85 per hour + super

n

Start Date: ASAP

n

Interview Process: One interview followed by a pre-employment medical

n

Role Details:

n

n
Assist with the assembly and production of heat exchanger components within a manufacturing environment.
n
Operate production equipment and machinery while following established workplace procedures.
n
Assemble, inspect, package and prepare finished products and components.
n
Perform repetitive manual handling and general production duties as required.
n
Work within a safety-focused production team while meeting quality and productivity requirements.
n

Required Skills & Experience:





n

n
Previous experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation or a similar industrial environment is highly regarded.
n
Experience working with tools, machinery or production equipment would be beneficial.
n
Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 15kg.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow production and safety procedures.
n
Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
n
