1.ProvideEnd-to-End Test Setting consultation throughout the Testing phases.

2.TestEnvironment Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
n
3.Testenvironment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
n
4.EnterpriseRelease
coordination and tracking.
n
5.Triageand resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
n
6.Extensiveexperience
on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
n
7.ITILcertification
is preferred.
n
n
Minimum years of experience = 8 years
