Responsibilities

Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook's Ads Manager
n
Scrutinise analytics to identify opportunities and use conversion rate optimisation tactics (A/B testing, etc.) to maximise ROI
n
Write persuasive direct response ad copy (training provided)
n
Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion tracking pixels
n
Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for ongoing optimisation
n
Educate and keep Account Managers informed on strategies and tactics
n
Manage time efficiently and scale campaigns rather than running small ones
n

Qualifications / Requirements

n

n
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
n
Experience with Google Analytics
n
Understanding of email marketing systems (MailChimp or similar)
n
Passion for online marketing and digital strategies
n
Excellent verbal and written communication
n
Be productive, organised and task-oriented
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
n
A positive, problem-solving attitude
n
Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team
n
Experience with Photoshop is a plus
n
Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus
