Job Description

VincentCare Victoria is seeking an experienced Engagement Worker for the Ozanam House accommodation and Homeless Resource Centre in Inner Melbourne. The role focuses on a protected drop-in and accommodation workplace and coordinating practical supports for clients.

You will engage clients, manage challenging behaviours, facilitate activity groups, and work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team to help people on their recovery journey out of homelessness.
