Lucas Collective in Melbourne CBD is seeking exceptional Bar Managers to join the opening team for recent venues Noẽma and Wishbone. You will lead high-performing bar teams, drive exceptional beverage experiences, and create memorable moments for guests and our people.

This role requires solid leadership, stock control and a passion for hospitality. You'll help shape culture from day one, manage stock, costs, and GP targets while ensuring WHS compliance and a positive team setting.
