Job Description

Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our civil construction crew working on major projects.

About the Role:

n

As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating compaction equipment safely and efficiently while supporting earthworks, road construction, pavement works and associated civil activities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Operate padfoot and smooth drum rollers in accordance with site requirements
n
Conduct pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checks
n
Ensure compaction targets and quality standards are achieved
n
Work closely with Supervisors, Plant Operators, and Ground Crew
n
Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
n
Assist with general civil labouring duties when required
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
Proven experience operating rollers on civil construction and road projects
n
Current Roller Ticket / Statement of Attainment
n
White Card
n
Experience working on road, pavement,



earthworks or infrastructure projects
n
Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
HR or MR Driver's Licence
n
Traffic Control tickets
n
