An exciting role is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within a busy steel manufacturing facility. Perfect role for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor with strong people and process management skills.

The Role:

Lead day-to-day production operations
n
Supervise and support production staff
n
Coordinate workflow, staffing, and output targets
n
Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
n
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules
n
Troubleshoot production issues and minimising downtime
n
Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping
n

About You:

n

n
Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or steel production
n
Strong understanding of steel or sheet metal production
n




Must have valid Forklift licence
n
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced production workplace
n
Robust focus on safety and continuous improvement
n
