Job Description

Coates is seeking a Major Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large-scale construction, civil and infrastructure projects in the Gold Coast region. You will be the main point of contact and strategic manager, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You'll develop relationships with customers, act as PM for contractors and subcontractors, and coordinate planning, pricing analyses, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel across the region is expected.
