We are seeking an experienced and driven Mining Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across a range of mining operations, including FIFO and site-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mining roles (operators, engineers, trades, and project staff)
n
Source candidates through job boards, databases, and industry networks
n
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments
n
Build solid relationships with clients across the mining sector
n
Maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles
n
Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements
n
Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and mobilization for site personnel
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in recruitment (mining, resources, or blue-collar preferred)
n
Strong understanding of FIFO workforce requirements
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
n
Knowledge of Australian employment and safety standards
n
Proficiency with recruitment systems and LinkedIn sourcing
n
