Gold Fields is seeking a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day-to-day mechanical team and ensure protected, cost-effective delivery of fixed plant assets. You will drive maintenance excellence across complex gold processing assets and report to the Maintenance Superintendent while aligning with site targets.

The role features an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out from Perth, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork and growth within a values-led site.
