Job Description
We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join a global renewables company and develop a career specialising in asset management across utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure across the full operational lifecycle of renewable energy assets. You will develop a strong understanding of how large-scale renewable assets are operated, maintained and optimised, while building your technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the asset management activities of utility-scale solar and BESS projects across Australia.
n
Assist with monitoring asset performance and reporting.
n
Work with O&M; contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
n
Support the review of electrical, operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
n
Assist with contractor management, including reviewing scopes of work,
performance and service delivery.
n
Assist with warranty claims, defect management and technical investigations.
n
Develop an understanding of project budgets, operating costs, invoices and commercial performance.
n
Support the management of technical documentation, compliance requirements and project records.
n

About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
n
Genuine interest in renewable energy, particularly solar, BESS and the Australian energy market.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Comfortable working with data and technical information.
n
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
n
Commercially curious and interested in understanding how renewable assets perform as businesses, not just technically.
