Job Description
The Hire Controller is Legend Hire's inside sales and operations coordinator, responsible for customer quotes, hire and off-hire processing, dispatch coordination, and exceptional customer service. You are the voice of Legend Hire for customers calling the branch -handling inquiries, generating quotes, processing bookings, and ensuring smooth equipment dispatch. This role combines customer service excellence, operational coordination, and inside sales support.
