We're partnering with a highly regarded team of Financial Advisers who operate as a boutique business within a well-established investment firm. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join their close-knit Sydney team.

Working alongside award-winning Senior Wealth Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience for a loyal portfolio of High Net Worth clients.

Key responsibilities include:

n

Supporting the advice process from preparation through to implementation.
n
Preparing applications for super, SMSF, trusts and investment platforms.
n
Processing listed and unlisted investment transactions.
n
Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
n
Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation for new and existing clients.
n
Building robust relationships with clients while providing exceptional administrative support.
n

About you:

n

n
Experience in wealth management,



ideally within adviser support or client services with account opening / client onboarding experience.
n
Financial planning practice experience is preferred, though candidates from investment platforms or adviser service providers are also encouraged to apply.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
High attention to detail with a proactive, client-focused approach.
n
Professional, trustworthy and committed to delivering outstanding service.
