Limelight People in Sydney (with franchised Brisbane locations) is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance and Quality functions across Home Care operations.

The role requires proven senior aged care leadership, deep knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, and excellence in stakeholder engagement, communications, and audits.

Hybrid work arrangement with two days in the office, travel interstate, and close collaboration with the CEO.
