Job Description

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Counsellor/Group Worker in Penrith, St Marys and Mt Druitt. You will deliver trauma-informed counselling and group programs to individuals, couples, children and families, including work with schools and Living Beyond Abuse initiatives.

You will join a compassionate team and contribute to person-centred practice across diverse communities, while advancing wellbeing and protective supports under a 12-month, fixed-term contract (view to extend based on funding).
