Job Description

Shangri La in Tasmania is seeking an experienced Kitchen Leader to uphold the highest standards of food preparation, service and hygiene across all hotel kitchens.

You will oversee direct kitchen operations, from purchasing and receiving to storing, controlling products, and designing creative menus for Banquets, A La Carte and special functions to meet guest requests.

The role requires solid leadership, financial acumen and familiarity with HACCP standards.
