We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Agitator Truck Driver to join our team at one of Western Sydney's busiest concrete plants, based in Penrith.

n

This is a full-time position offering excellent hours, consistent overtime, and long-term job security for the right person.

$34.50 per hour plus penalty rates

Consistent 10–12 hour days

5.5 day working week

About the Role

n

As an Agitator Driver, you'll be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of premixed concrete to customer sites across Western Sydney while maintaining a high standard of customer service and vehicle presentation.

Essential Requirements

n

n
Current HR Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)
n
Current White Card
n
Excellent driving record




n
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
Able to work early starts and long hours
n
Safety-focused attitude
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n

n

Preferred (But Not Essential)

n

n
Previous concrete agitator driving experience
n

n

No agitator experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude, is eager to learn, and wants a long-term career in the industry.
