Administrative Officer 4 - Remuneration Package Range $94,248 - $107,434 (Including salary $79,664 - $90,824) Alice Springs Intake and Transfer Facility Alice Springs, Northern Territory Several ongoing vacancies are available Provide supervision, support and care to detainees in youth detention centres across the Northern Territory (NT) and ensure the needs of detainees are met within a secure, culturally protected and therapeutic setting, in accordance with relevant legislation.
Youth Justice Officers (YJOs) are frontline officers who supervise and support detainees in youth detention centres.
YJOs are required to follow and promote important daily security procedures and act as positive role models for detainees,



set boundaries and reinforce expected behaviours.
YJOs work across a 24-hour, 7 day per week rotational roster, including nights and weekends.
