What does the job look like?
We have an opportunity for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team, taking ownership of inventory operations across a diverse customer portfolio.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining strong stock health, leading inventory initiatives and supporting operational performance across the site.
Working closely with Operations, Inventory Coordinators and the National Inventory Team, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, resolving inventory issues and delivering excellent outcomes for both customers and the business.
Key areas: Lead and oversee inventory operations across multiple customer accounts.
Ensure stock accuracy, inventory compliance and overall inventory health.
Manage stocktakes, inventory investigations, reconciliations and reporting activities.
Support and develop Inventory Coordinators while providing guidance on escalated inventory matters.
Partner with operational teams to resolve customer queries and inventory-related challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse layout, pick paths, put-away processes and inventory controls.
Build solid working relationships with site stakeholders, customers and the National Inventory Team Are you the one?
You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a passion for inventory accuracy, process improvement, and operational excellence.
You enjoy getting into the detail, solving problems before they escalate, and using data to drive better outcomes.
You can demonstrate: Previous inventory leadership experience within a warehousing, logistics or supply chain environment.
Solid knowledge of stock control, inventory accuracy and inventory management processes.
Experience leading stocktakes, investigations and inventory reconciliations.
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive positive change.
