The Opportunity

Looking for an amazing Assistant Educators to work in our centre.
n
The successful candidate must be availibile to work 5 days- Monday to Friday.
n
Inspirational Early Childhood Assistant Educator Qualities:
n
n
Understanding children and their needs - must have knowledge of early childhood development
n
Experience in working with children and demonstrating responsive practices that meet children's individual needs & routines.
n
Emphasis on creating and maintaining learning environments for children which are physically safe yet promote a challenge to support well-being and development.
n
Help and Assist Lead Educator in planning and implementing well-structured, age-appropriate learning goals and programs that engage and provoke children's learning
n
Self-motivated to engage in professional learning opportunities to improve practice
n
Experience in working collaboratively with a team to strive toward excellence
n
Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
n
Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families
n
n
You would bring the following:
n
n
Must have Certificate 3 in early childhood Education qualification or higher
n
Extraordinary relationship skills – exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, Child Protection & Food Safety certifications
