Recruitment Officer Morwell, Victoria | Full Time – 38 Hours per week Permanent | Band 5 $80,****** per annum plus superannuation Hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office as part of our approach to collaboration and team connection.
We're looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources Team.
In this role, you'll help attract and connect great people with meaningful opportunities, supporting leaders to build high-performing teams that deliver significant services to our community.

What You'll be Doing Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across allocated portfolios.
Provide practical recruitment advice and guidance to Hiring Managers to support successful hiring outcomes.
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain recruitment data, reporting and documentation to support informed workforce decisions.
Contribute to recruitment process improvements and service enhancements.
Support attraction, engagement and workforce initiatives, including employer branding activities.
About You You are a proactive and customer-focused recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with leaders and stakeholders to achieve positive recruitment outcomes.
Key Selection Criteria Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities within a busy and customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and effectively partner with managers and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in recruitment, human resources or a related field, with the ability to interpret and apply recruitment policies,
procedures and legislation.
