Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tingalpa and contribute to their ongoing success.
About the Position: This is a long-term temp to perm position with a Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 7:30 AM.

As a Counter Salesperson you will be responsible for assisting customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries, provide product information and support to customers, processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers, and other general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service across trade counter and phone enquiries Assist customers with product information and sales support Process orders, invoices, quotations and purchase orders Manage stock transfers and maintain accurate records Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally Support sales and general administrative functions Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Skills and Experience: Previous Counter Sales or Customer Service experience HVAC, plumbing or electrical wholesale experience highly regarded Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisation Confident processing orders,
