Ready Resources is seeking experienced Servicepersons and HME Trade Assistants to join our team and support mining operations across WA.
These roles involve the servicing, maintenance, cleaning, inspection and general support of Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) in workshop and active mining environments.
What s on Offer Immediate start opportunities FIFO opportunities across WA mine sites Flights, accommodation and meals provided where applicable Long-term opportunities with a growing national company Supportive team environment Requirements Minimum 2 years mining experience Automotive/mechanical or HME experience HR Driver s Licence -Essential EWP, Forklift (LF) Working at Heights Rigging Dogging Tickets highly regarded First Aid Confined Space desirable Mechanical Trade Certificate desirable Basic computer skills desirable Good communication and teamwork skills Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, NZ Citizen with unrestricted work rights or Candidates based in WA with valid Australian work rights Key Responsibilities Conduct daily fuelling and servicing of HME in the pit or workshop Assist fitters,



mechanics and other tradespeople with maintenance activities Conduct inspections and identify/report equipment defects Perform minor repairs and general mechanical support tasks Clean and maintain HME, plant equipment, workshops and work areas Assist with HME wash pads, buildings and support equipment Operate service trucks and other support equipment as required Operate high-risk equipment, including EWP, forklifts and cranes, where authorised Act as a spotter during high-risk activities Complete timesheets, work orders, defect notifications and other required documentation Record relevant maintenance information in SAP where required Return unused parts and materials following completion of tasks Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment Report safety, environmental and quality issues Follow all site safety, environmental and operational procedures How to Apply: If you have the required mining experience, licences and skills and are interested in joining Ready Resources, we would like to hear from you.
