Responsibilities and Experience

n

n
Accounts Payable: Manage the end-to-end AP process, including accurate coding, batching, and processing of high-volume invoices.
n
Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets (e.g., supplier spending trends, expense variances)
n
Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate supplier statement reconciliations and bank allocations
n
Interpret and analyse complex data sets to support financial decision-making.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
n
Maintaining confidentiality of financial and customer information.
n
Complying with all internal procedures, financial controls, and WHS requirements.
n




Demonstrated communication skills handling both internal staff, interdepartmental, and management interactions and external customer, and supplier requests and correspondence in a timely manner with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications:

n

n
Proven experience in accounts payable and office administration.
n
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
n
Proficiency in with MS office suit programs, with higher level excel skills a must have, experience with various 3rd party accounting software packages an advantage.
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
