Job Description

Melbourne City Mission is seeking a dedicated youth worker for the Frontyard program in Melbourne. You will support young people aged 16–24 through intake, assessment and ongoing case management in a healing oriented, strengths-based setting.

The role focuses on preventing homelessness, coordinating multidisciplinary support, and helping young people reach their goals within a protected accommodation setting. A tertiary qualification in relevant fields is essential.
