Job Description

Melbourne City Mission invites applications for a Case Manager/Youth Coach based in the Western Metro Melbourne area. The role provides case management support to young people at risk of homelessness, helping them identify goals and stabilise housing or secure independent accommodation.

You will deliver outreach, early intervention, and group work initiatives within the Detour coaching framework, with emphasis on collaboration across services, reporting, and promoting the program externally.
