A leading specialist disputes practice is looking to add an Associate level lawyer to its growing Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded firm that consistently acts on complex, high-value commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters. The practice is recognised for delivering top-tier legal work while maintaining a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture.

Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including:
n
n
Insolvency and restructuring matters;
n
Director and officer-related claims;
n
Corporate and shareholder disputes;
n
Recovery and enforcement proceedings; and
n
Formal and informal insolvency appointments.
n
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency, although lawyers from a broader disputes background will also be considered. Experience in insurance litigation,



particularly involving D&O; matters, will also be considered.
n
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
n
n
3-5 years' post-admission experience;
n
Solid technical and drafting skills, including pleadings, correspondence and advice work;
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
n
Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail; and
n
A proactive, positive approach and genuine enthusiasm for litigation.
