The purpose of the role is to provide expert workplace relations services to businesses and develop strong commercial relationships with clients.
Duties: Inviting members to and attending events Building repeat client base by managing relationships with existing clients High level quality of work and client management Preparation of high-quality presentations or articles that are relevant to existing and prospective clients Teamwork and collaboration with co-workers and other Business Units Support,



coach and mentor junior team members in technical matters while fostering a supportive and respectful team environment What we're looking for At least 12months years' post admission experience Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and advising on the process Litigation experience - Federal Court experience would be great.
Generally looking for litigation experience in unfair dismissals, general protections etc.
Fair Work Commission.
Workplace investigations.
