HR Driver About the Role As a HR Driver, you will be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles throughout Dubbo, helping provide an essential service to the local community.
Your duties will include: Safely operating Heavy Rigid waste collection vehicles Completing scheduled collection routes Following run sheets, maps and designated routes Using onboard vehicle technology and systems Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues Providing a high standard of customer service Following all workplace safety and environmental procedures Working independently while contributing to a supportive team environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current unrestricted HR Licence Clean driving record Strong commitment to workplace safety Reliable and punctual work ethic Good communication skills Ability to confidently work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Be able to pass Drug Alcohol test Previous waste industry experience is advantageous but not essential , with training and support available for the right candidate.
