They are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join their Sydney team and work closely with clients, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes.
About the Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will manage a varied caseload and provide practical, client-focused rehabilitation services.
You will use your clinical knowledge to assess functional capacity, identify barriers and develop appropriate strategies to support clients in achieving their personal and vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities Conduct functional, workplace and ergonomic assessments Develop and implement tailored return-to-work and rehabilitation plans Recommend workplace modifications and suitable duties Collaborate with clients, employers,
