Working closely with an experienced Brisbane Partner, you'll be involved in sophisticated advisory, contentious and regulatory matters for clients across a range of industries.
You'll have meaningful responsibility from an early stage, with the support to continue building your technical and client-facing capabilities.
The Opportunity Your matters will include: Advising on the management of ill and injured workers Providing critical incident response services Defending prosecutions under safety legislation nationally Unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination and sexual harassment claims Breach of contract and underpayment of wages matters Industrial relations issues and Right of Entry disputes WHS advice and incident management Workplace investigations Delivering employment and safety training to clients This variety provides an excellent foundation for developing a well-rounded practice across the employment and safety landscape.

About You You will have minimum 1+ years' PAE , a Bachelor of Laws and a current Queensland practising certificate, ideally with exposure to: Employment or Workplace Relations Work Health Safety Workers' Compensation; and/or General litigation You'll have robust analytical and problem-solving skills, a practical commercial approach and the confidence to engage with clients and collaborate across practice groups.
You'll also be comfortable managing a busy workload and tight deadlines, working independently when required and communicating complex issues clearly and in plain language.
