Connect People are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a contract role based in Cremorne, Melbourne.
Our client is one of Australia's largest infrastructure services providers, delivering essential services across telecommunications, utilities, transport and defence.
The Details $550 - $800 per day + Super (dependent on experience) Hybrid working arrangement.
Monday to Friday 38 hours per week.
Contract until 31st December **** with potential to extend Office located 500m from Richmond Station What You'll Be Doing Providing commercial support to project teams across contracts, variations and claims Devising and leading claim strategies for potential and imminent disputes Managing BAU commercial relationships with clients and subcontractors Leading commercial negotiations on variations,



renewals and claims as required Driving compliance with statutory requirements including the Security of Payment Act Onboarding supply chain partners including preparation and negotiation of subcontracts Identifying and mitigating commercial risk across projects Contributing to revenue assurance initiatives to minimise revenue leakage What You'll Bring 5+ years experience in commercial and contract management Solid understanding of contract and construction law Proven track record delivering commercial outcomes at an operational level Experience in construction and/or telecommunications highly desirable Robust stakeholder and client-facing skills Must be an Australian Citizen Ability to pass a National Police Check If you believe you fit the role, Apply Now or email your resume to [dan•••@connectpeople.com.au]
