THE ROLE As Restaurant Manager , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading from the floor and ensuring every service delivers the high standards expected of a luxury international hotel.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance exceptional guest service with commercial performance, team development and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead the restaurant operation across busy services, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience Manage, motivate and develop a large and diverse food beverage team Set the standard for service excellence and create a positive, engaging team culture Recruit,



train and develop team members while identifying and nurturing emerging leaders Build strong relationships with guests and confidently handle feedback and service recovery Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions and commercial initiatives Monitor restaurant performance, labour costs, budgets and other key operational targets Manage rostering and staffing levels to meet business demands Maintain exceptional presentation, service and operational standards Ensure all food safety, workplace health safety and hotel policies are consistently followed Work closely with culinary, events, front office and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest journey Support new initiatives and continually look for opportunities to improve the restaurant experience Lead by example, remaining visible and actively involved throughout service THE MUST HAVES We're looking for an energetic and polished hospitality qualified who knows how to lead a busy restaurant operation and bring out the best in their team.
You'll ideally have: Proven senior F B management experience within a high-volume restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality environment Previous experience managing and developing a sizeable team A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate,
