Who we are looking for To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualification (AQF Level 7) in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline or demonstrated knowledge and competencies appropriate to the work.
Experience working with complex client matters.
Experience in applying therapeutic practice in case work Experience in trauma informed and trauma responsive practice.




It would be a bonus if you have: Experience working with clients who have experienced Out-of-Home-Care.
Experience in community engagement.
Experience working with individuals, couples or families in a therapeutic context.
What you will be doing Providing a direct therapeutic and case management response to clients through assessment, counselling, referral, advocacy, cooperative case management and service coordination.
Delivering trauma-informed, trauma-responsive and culturally appropriate therapeutic interventions that support clients' emotional wellbeing, recovery and engagement with the National Redress Scheme.
Providing therapeutic support through case work and therapeutic services, including social and emotional wellbeing groupwork for clients accessing the Redress Support Services.
